Located at 4516 Cumberland Circle in El Paso, we tripped over this interesting "Colonial-Lite" home while doing a newspaper research session for a different home. Designed by Trost & Trost, this property was announced in the January 24, 1924 El Paso Times on page ten, reproduced below, built for James Phelan. The article states that the home will cost $15,300 and will have ten rooms.
The three pgotographs that follow were Google Earth Screen Shots. We believe the garage is a much later addition. The front Gable may have been decorated but remodeled into a simpler design. The entryway to this home is magnificent.
Although there's not much information on this residence's lineage and history as of yet, it is always nice to meet a new friend!
