Timothy Sullivan Residence, 1905

Architect S.E. Patton always surprises us when we discover buildings he designed - he indeed had a flair for the creative or unusual. He stated that he specialized in Churches and Opera Houses, which can be shown by his brilliant Gothic St. Clements Episcopal chapel, and his equally beautiful Mission Revival First Baptist Church. He also built residences and apartment complexes in the Sun City, most of them eye-popping and none of them boring.

This residence was erected in 1905 for Timothy Sullivan, and is located in the Sunset Heights Historic District.
